Seminar on incubation models in Clervaux

On 13 and 14 May, Imagine partners met in Clervaux for a working seminar.

Incubation models presentations

To sustainably integrate young people on the horticulture job market, Imagine will test 3 different social incubation models, depending on the regional and organisational contexts :

• The public-private partnership, tested in Namur and Moussy-le-Neuf
• The social enterprise model, tested in Eindhoven and in Luxembourg
• The public model, tested in Paris and in Surrey

The aim is to compare the results of the different models to be able to evaluate them and draw conclusions.

Sites visits – Lycée technique agricole Ettelbruck and Forum pour l’emploi

The seminar proceeded with a visit of the Lycée Technique Agricole Ettelbruck and the Bastendorf site, designed by the Forum pour l'emploi. The latter was particularly inspiring as it showcases a nice project integrating unemployed people through market gardening.

Skills and qualifications

Each partner then presented the existing horticulture training courses in their region, which allowed us to compare the situations in order to better position the one that will be co-produced in Imagine.
